Green Chutney is one of the most made and used condiments in the Indian cuisine. We use it a LOT and on everything.There is a reason, it is tangy, spicy and all kinds of delicious.Indian street food is incomplete with this coriander chutney. This recipe is so simple, I can make it in my sleep. I hope you enjoy it!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 big bunch Cilantro (2 cups cleaned, use some stems too)
- 1 cup fresh or dry desiccated coconut
- 1 green chillies
- ½ cup lime juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin seed
METHOD
1 Blend everything well together
2 Store in an airtight container in the fridge
3 Serve with hot fried snacks, or spread of sandwiches with cheese
